I would like to tell you about Ellery Queen. He is American, who appears the novels by Ellery Queen. He is 6 feet and black hair. He always wears glasses. He is a writer by profession, but he always investigates murders, helping his father, who is a cop. He is so intelligent that he studied in Harvard University. Therefore, he solves the cases by making a good use of his brain.
I read his novel, “The Tragedy of X” when I was a student of junior high school. It is little difficult for me then, but I was very excited at it. Other masterpieces of the novels are the series of countries. These novels have ingenious tricks, so a lot of people like them all over the world. I want you to read one of them once.
I read your blog last week and felt that it makes a comparison between Hercule Poirot and Ellery Queen because the former deduces by analyzing one’s psychology but the latter does by using his intelligence. I think it is very interesting thing. Which type of detective do you prefer to read?
返信削除I don't read a detective novel so much, but I have ever read "The Tragedy of Y", Ellery Queen wrote as Barnaby Ross. It was so interesting!
